The only transportation from the Columbia Regional Airport to downtown Columbia is provided by rental cars or rideshare apps Uber and Lyft, and/or local taxi service. There is no public transport service between the airport and the hotel/downtown/campus area.

Once you arrive on Stephens College campus, please check in and/or register at the registration table, located:

Wednesday: Just inside the first-floor doors of the Library.

Thursday-Saturday: By the main doors leading into Dudley Hall (by Stars Café).

Hotels

Two local hotels are offering discount conference rates from Wednesday, September 20 – Sunday, September 24, 2023.

As long as the hotel has availability they will honor the conference rates 3 days before and 3 days after the initial contract dates. Guests just need to book with the link for the initial contracted dates, and then contact the hotel to extend the reservations as they don’t typically hold rooms back on these dates in the specific group room block.

Guests can call the hotel directly at 573-875-7000, this will call the front desk. Now if the front desk is busy, they will offer to transfer the guest to the reservation, which is linked to the Hilton central reservation system. Of course, the guest can request to only speak to someone on the property, they may just encounter a longer wait time. Or the hotel has a generic reservation email they can send reservation requests or modifications to. That email is [email protected]. This account is monitored by the operations team of the hotel.
