Stephens Emergency Alerts via LiveSafe App
The LiveSafe app is your resource for all emergency information, including weather closures.
We encourage all Stephens community members to sign up for notifications about emergency alerts issued by the College.
Instructions: Follow the sign-up link above to download the app to your mobile phone. Sign in using your Stephens College login and password (if it states to reset your password, you will still use your Stephens password).
On the main screen of the app (homepage), you will see a gear symbol (Settings) in the top right corner. Click that, then hit "Edit Profile". Enter your phone number and save. You are now set up.
Using the LiveSafe App
On the main app screen (homepage), you have several options.
Emergency Options: links to immediately dial 911, Security or send Security a message.
SafeWalk with Stephens Security: This is a virtual walk with security. You can request a virtual walk with Security so they can ensure you arrive safely to your destination. This DOES NOT replace in-person escorts. You can still call Security and ask them to walk with you across campus.
GetHome Safe: From here, you can request a friends (from your contacts) to virtually walk with you to your destination.
Resources: From here you can access local resources, such has hospitals, counseling centers, police department etc. We will continue to add information to this page and will update you as they occur.
Report suspicious activity: This allows you to report suspicious activity to Security. Reporting can be anonymous.
Plus sign (+): From here, you can submit a tip to Security.
