Summary of Benefits 

Full-time employees can enjoy our 36-hour work week in addition to all the great benefits outlined below.

 

Paid Time Off:

  • Non-exempt employees: 10 days (80 hours) of vacation time per year within the first two years of employment. Up to 20 days of vacation time depending on tenure. 
  • Exempt employees: 20 days (160 hours) of vacation time per year. 
  • Sick Accrual: Full-time exempt and non-exempt employees accrue 10 days (80 hours) of sick time per year.
  • 8 Paid Holidays + college breaks
  • Four weeks paid staff parental leave

 

Employee Tuition Benefit:

  • Undergraduate: Six credits per semester paid for at 100%
  • Graduate: Three credits per semester paid for at 100%
  • Tuition Exchange Program (see above)
  • Employees receive a 50% discount at Stephens College Children’s School
