The Hugh Stephens Penthouse is a newly renovated space that overlooks Columbia with floor to ceiling windows on three of the four walls. This is a beautiful Mid-Century Modern event space that includes solid wood ceiling, with a show stopping hanging fireplace in the front of this event space. The venue footprint of this space includes the entire top floor of the Hugh Stephens Library, including two restrooms and small catering kitchen. 

There are no included audio or visual equipment pieces included in this footprint. The entire stock of tables, chairs and linens are included in your venue rental, and this space has exclusive use of Stephens stock of Chiavari Chairs. American Dining and Creations is the onsite caterer and will provide an entire menu of food and bar options. The entire venue space footprint is wheelchair accessible.
