Alumnae Association Awards
The following awards recognize the achievements of Stephens women, and the Alumnae Association Board Scholarship honors current and graduating students.
Alumnae Achievement Award
The Alumnae Achievement Award, given annually by Stephens College, recognizes alumnae who have distinguished themselves in their field and their community, and have a steadfast commitment to the Ten Ideals of Stephens. This award is the highest honor bestowed on our alumnae and is presented during Reunion weekend.

Alumnae Service Award
The Jean Clinton Roeschlaub ’44 Alumnae Service Award is given to alumnae who have promoted Stephens College locally and nationally, and have served as leaders of the College. The award memorializes Jean's spirit of alumnae service. She served as AAB president from 1950-51 and as a member of the Board of Curators (now known as our Board of Trustees) and as the first alumna-chair of the Board from 1981-92.
Alumnae Award Nominations
The Jean Clinton Roeschlaub ’44 Alumnae Service Award and the Alumnae Achievement Award offer a meaningful way to honor and celebrate our alumnae for their commitment to Stephens and to excellence. Nominations are typically due in February of each year, with a preference for alumnae in their Reunion years. Award recipients must be present during Reunion Weekend.
Alumnae Association Board (AAB) Scholarship
Each year the Alumnae Association Board (AAB) selects four students to receive the three most prestigious scholarships the Stephens College Alumnae Association bestows upon Stephens students. The scholarships will be awarded to three rising residential students — one sophomore, one junior and one senior. The fourth student must be a graduating senior who will be awarded a $250 award and the honor of being the class speaker for her class’ commencement ceremony in May. Award recipients will be announced during Honors Convocation and invited to have lunch with the AAB during Reunion Weekend.
