Sex- and Gender-based Discrimination and Harassment Resolution Team
The Resolution Team will handle all parts of the resolution process for complaints of sex- and gender-based discrimination and harassment including policy oversight, administration, intake, investigation, process advising, sanctioning and appeals.
Members are trained on the law, college policies and procedures, interview and investigation techniques, evidence collection, assessing credibility, determining findings, writing reports, imposing sanctions, and managing appeals. All members are cross-trained to handle all parts of the process for cases involving conflict of interest with an assigned team member. Additionally, training will focus on trauma-informed communications and due process to promote an equitable resolution process.
