Class Dinners Announcements
Class of 1974: The dinner will be held at Sycamore in downtown Columbia at 7 p.m. on Saturday, April 13. Please contact Jennifer Anderson Wax ’74 at [email protected] if you are able to attend by Friday, April 12. View the menu.

Join fellow alumnae to welcome the 2019 graduating class to the alumnae sisterhood. This event is a special tradition of food and song culminating in our Crossing the Bridge ceremony and senior class photo.

Following Crossing the Bridge, alumnae are invited to join President Dianne Lynch for a toast at the President’s Home. Tickets for this event can be purchased individually for $25 and include two drink tickets and hors d’oeuvres.

Fashion Gallery Exhibit: “75 Years of the Stephens Fashion Program”

Historic Costume Gallery, Mezzanine, Lela Raney Wood Hall

Stephens College celebrates 75 years of the fashion program in a gallery setting, featuring clothing and hats designed and made by Stephens faculty and students since the fashion program’s inception in 1944. The exhibition also includes “Susie Stephens Originals,” student designs that were selected for production as Butterick commercial sewing patterns for the burgeoning 1950s market.

Spring Rehearsal for Pippin
6-10 p.m. 
Playhouse rehearsal room

Drop by and check out rehearsal for Pippin, an American musical theatrical gem. With an unforgettable score from the Grammy and Oscar winner and musical theater legend Stephen Schwartz (Wicked, Godspell, Children of Eden), Pippin swept the New York Awards in 2013 and continues to captivate and appeal to the young at heart throughout the world.

The Center for Career and Professional Development (CCPD) will host its annual Head Shot Day. This is an opportunity for students and alumnae to have a professional head shot taken to use on LinkedIn or with professional organizations. These head shots are free of charge and the CCPD will have suit jackets available to borrow.

Join fellow alumnae, former and current faculty, and staff for a celebration of all that is Stephens. This event will kick off with student and alumnae performances with a special presentation of a tea-room style fashion show presented by the talented fashion students in honor of 75 years of fashion at the College. The event will close with the presentation of the Alumnae Achievement Award and Alumnae Service Award. Tickets for this event can be purchased individually for $35 and include two drink tickets and hors d’oeuvres.

Equestrian Reception and Riding Demonstration

Reception: 11:30 a.m.
Riding Demonstration: 12:15-1 p.m.
Equestrian Center 

Join us for a special reception and riding demonstration at the main barn in the stables. This is an exciting opportunity to mingle with faculty and students. The riding demonstration will feature hunter jumpers and western riding. Saddle seat horses and riders, along with their instructor, Kelly Hulse, will be at a national riding competition in St. Louis. Mimosas and small bites included. Please RSVP to [email protected].

The School of Design presents the 75th annual student designer fashion show. See for yourself the amazing talents of our students who will be influencing the fashions of tomorrow.

Join your fellow alumnae for one last toast to another fabulous Reunion weekend. Event includes a photographer for class photos and the always-popular photo booth.
