Working together to create a safe and respectful learning, living and working environment.

At Stephens College, our three Equity + Compliance offices work together with all members of our campus community to ensure an environment that is free from harassment, discrimination, abuse, intimidation and/or violence.

We serve residential, online, continuing education students, faculty, staff and alumnae. We work through policies, programming, training and services on campus.

Title IX

The Office of Title IX continually strives to maintain and strengthen a climate that fosters civility, mutual respect and inclusivity for all of our community members. Our primary concern is your safety and well-being, and we are committed to following up on all reports of sexual offenses experienced by our community members.

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Assistance

Stephens College supports the standards set forth in Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Our ADA office serves individuals who wish to register for these services and promotes understanding and accessibility of services throughout the College.
