The Alumnae Association Board (AAB) serves as governing board for the Alumnae Association and as adviser to the College in terms of all activities related to the association.

The work of the AAB is focused on helping Stephens achieve its greatest potential. The board’s objective is to foster stronger connections between alumnae and the College. The AAB helps deepen volunteer commitment, assists with student recruitment and retention where appropriate, and assists in the cultivation of lifelong giving to Stephens.

The AAB is continually looking at quality, commitment and diversity to fulfill and enhance the purpose of the AAB. Orientation takes place during Alumnae Leaders Weekend in the Fall.
