Born and raised in mid-Missouri, Tiffany graduated from Stephens in 2006 with a B.S. in Marketing: Public Relations & Advertising. She rejoined the Stephens community in 2007 and earned her Masters in Strategic Leadership in 2012. Tiffany is passionate about Stephens and loves that she gets the opportunity to share that with current and future Stephens’ women each day. In her spare time she loves a great DIY project, shopping and spending time with her high-school-sweetheart-husband and their two children.

Maggie graduated from the University of Missouri in 2014 with a degree in Psychology and minors in Social Justice, French, and multicultural awareness. She is currently working on her Masters of Education in Counseling at Stephens College. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, keeping active outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and traveling! Maggie is pleased to have the opportunity to introduce young women to Stephens College.
Xander is a strong proponent of education, and specifically a Stephens College education. He received his bachelor’s degree from Truman State with a double major in English and theatre and a Spanish minor. His first master’s is in creative writing from the University of Southern California. He earned his Masters of Education in Counseling from Stephens College in 2016. Xander is also an advocate of traveling as much and as often as you can (he’s been to Guatemala, Spain, South Africa, New Zealand, El Salvador, Ireland and the Gambia among many others) and will happily connect you with the Stephens study abroad office.
Xander is an eight year veteran of the admissions office and loves working with transfer students. He has also stayed active on campus by spending time as the head soccer coach, teaching composition classes, and acting in students’ films and plays. He is proud to be one of the few honorary “Stephens Men!”

Carrie is a 2012 graduate of Culver-Stockton College where she received her B.S. in Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology. She is currently attending Stephens College to obtain her Masters of Education in Counseling. In her spare time Carrie enjoys spending time with her husband, Jimmy, and their three fur babies, Bruce, Dale and Nash. Carrie also loves to visit local hot spots with her friends and enjoying any type of sporting event. Carrie loves Stephens College for the positive atmosphere it provides for not only the students, but also the community.

Brett was raised in the Osage Plains of southwestern Missouri in a small town called Lamar. He migrated north in 2008 to attend the University of Missouri in Columbia. He graduated in 2012 after receiving his B.A. in Psychology with a minor in sociology. He is now working toward his Masters of Education in Counseling at Stephens College. During his spare time, Brett enjoys extreme sports such as tech decking, bird watching, drawing and table tennis. Brett is thrilled to get to know future Stephens women and help them realize their biggest dreams.

Brandi is a 2013 graduate of University of Central Missouri where she received her B.A. in Theatre and Spanish. She is currently completing her Master in Strategic Leadership at Stephens College. In her spare time she enjoys playing with her dog, Simon, and cats, Pablo and Sal, eating at the many great restaurants Columbia has to offer, or snagging a role in a local theatre production. She loves the opportunities that Stephens provides to women, and the empowering environment they strive to maintain. There’s nowhere else she’d rather call home than Stephens College and Columbia, Missouri.
Donna Baldwin is a mid-Missouri native. She has been a part of the Stephens College Admissions team for twenty years. Donna enjoys Mizzou football and basketball, spending time going antiquing, working on home improvement projects, going to concerts and spending time with her friends and family. She dreams of one day living on the beach, however in the meantime you will find her there on vacation!
Sara is a graduate of Graceland University receiving her B.A. in Psychology. Sara became a member of the Stephens community in August of 2015. She is currently working toward her Masters of Education in Counseling at Stephens College. A busy mother of four, Sara enjoys attending her high school sons’ sporting events, visiting with her college son on the weekends, and binge watching Harry Potter with her youngest daughter. In her free time, she spends her time running, shopping and working in her garden.
