  • Born and raised in mid-Missouri, Tiffany graduated from Stephens in 2006 with a B.S. in Marketing: Public Relations & Advertising. She rejoined the Stephens community in 2007 and earned her Masters in Strategic Leadership in 2012. Tiffany is passionate about Stephens and loves that she gets the opportunity to share that with current and future Stephens’ women each day. In her spare time she loves a great DIY project, shopping and spending time with her high-school-sweetheart-husband and their two children.

  • Xander is a strong proponent of education, and specifically a Stephens College education.  He received his bachelor’s degree from Truman State with a double major in English and theatre and a Spanish minor. His first master’s is in creative writing from the University of Southern California. He earned his Masters of Education in Counseling from Stephens College in 2016. Xander is also an advocate of traveling as much and as often as you can (he’s been to Guatemala, Spain, South Africa, New Zealand, El Salvador, Ireland, South Korea, and The Gambia among many others) and will happily connect you with the Stephens study abroad office. Xander is a nine year veteran of the admissions office and loves working with transfer students. He has also stayed active on campus by spending time as the head soccer coach, teaching composition classes, and acting in students’ films and plays. He is proud to be one of the few honorary “Stephens Men!”

  • Donna Baldwin is a mid-Missouri native. She has been a part of the Stephens College Admissions team for twenty years. Donna enjoys Mizzou football and basketball, spending time going antiquing, working on home improvement projects, going to concerts and spending time with her friends and family. She dreams of one day living on the beach, however in the meantime you will find her there on vacation!

Katie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Truman State University in 2015. She is currently a student at Stephens in the Masters of Education in Counseling program. When she isn’t busy with work or school, Katie enjoys exploring Columbia’s hiking trails, playing flute in the Columbia Community Band, and trying out local coffee shops downtown. Katie loves sharing with prospective students the fun things to do in Columbia, but most importantly how a Stephens education can truly help them achieve their dreams. 

 


Madison Burke '17

Madison graduated from Stephens College in 2017 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Development. Her entire family is proudly associated with Stephens: both of Madison’s parents attended Stephens and graduated in 1986, and her younger sister is currently a senior. Madison was the Senior Class President at Stephens and was involved in several other student organizations. Madison loves that she is able to share her own Stephens experiences with perspective students and show them why attending a women’s college is so great.
