When I first started, women in the technical fields were a rarity. However, at Stephens, there was never a question of what I could accomplish because of my gender. That fundamental premise allowed me to develop a strong sense of empowerment. The other thing that makes Stephens an incredible place is the personal attention that the faculty are able to give each student.
