Stephens College Announces Election of New President
Dianne Lynch, Ph.D., has been selected the 24th president
of Stephens College by the College’s Board of Trustees, announced
Board Chair George Ann Harding on April 21, 2009. Dr. Lynch has served
as dean of the Roy H. Park School of Communications at Ithaca College
in Ithaca, N.Y., since 2004.
Dr. Lynch was formally introduced as president on April 22, in the Kimball
Ballroom of Lela Raney Wood Hall. A Stephens community meet-and-greet
reception with the new president followed the program. Dr. Lynch will
