Immunization Requirements
Stephens College Health Services requires documentation of the following Immunizations:
- MMR #1 and #2
- Hepatitis B #1, #2, and #3
- DPT
- Chicken Pox/Varicella (or date of illness)
- Meningitis (the meningitis vaccination is required by Missouri law for all freshmen who will be living in the dorms)
The best place to obtain your vaccination records is from your pediatrician or your high school.
Immunization Recommendations for Study Abroad Students
Students who will be studying abroad or traveling out of the United States are encouraged to make an appointment with the nurse practitioner for a consultation. Appointments should be scheduled well in advance of your trip, in case any additional immunizations are needed. You can call us at 876-7157 to schedule an appointment.
