Immunization Requirements
Stephens College Health Services requires documentation of the following Immunizations:
- MMR #1 and #2
- Hepatitis B #1, #2, and #3
- DPT
- Chicken Pox/Varicella (or date of illness)
- Meningitis (the meningitis vaccination is required by Missouri law for all freshmen who will be living in the dorms)
The best place to obtain your vaccination records is from your pediatrician or your high school.
Immunization Recommendations for Study Abroad Students
Students who will be studying abroad or traveling outside of the United States are encouraged to contact the MU Travel Medicine Clinic at (573)882-7481 or (573)882-4590. Appointments should be scheduled well in advance of your trip.
