Facilities
The goal of the Facilities Department,
located at 106 Willis Ave, is to provide the most efficient and
effective services needed to support the educational mission of
Stephens College. Facilities provides services in the following
areas:
Building Maintenance
General Maintenance/ Carpentry/
Furniture Repair/ Locks and Keys/Painting/ Roofing/ Masonry/ Fire
Safety/ Electrical/ HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning)/
Energy Management/ Bulb Replacement.
Custodial
Routine, emergency and special cleaning including
Carpet Cleaning/ Floor Cleaning, Stripping, Waxing/ Trash Removal/
Hazardous Material/ Pest Control/ Moving and Set-up.
Grounds
Landscaping/Street, Sidewalk and Parking Lot Maintenance/Snow
Removal/ Road, Sidewalk Sanding/ Tree Maintenance and Trash Pickup.
Projects
Renovation Improvements/ Blueprint-Space Planning/ Building-Code
Inspections/ Summer Projects.
