Instructions for Using Stephens CSM (Student/Alumni Version)
Let's Get Started
Go to Stephens CSM
You should be looking at the Home page of the Stephens CSM site.
To Enroll
***STUDENTS, YOU MUST USE YOUR STEPHENS EMAIL ACCOUNT TO ENROLL IN THE SYSTEM!!! IF YOU DO NOT, YOU WILL NOT BE APPROVED TO USE THE DATABASE***
***ALUMNAE, PLEASE BE SURE TO PROVIDE YOUR NAME WHILE ATTENDING STEPHENS,
YOUR BIRTHDATE, STEPHENS ADMISSION AND GRADUATION YEARS, AND STEPHENS
MAJOR. AFTER YOUR INFORMATION HAS BEEN VERIFIED (NEXT 3-4 DAYS) WITH
THE REGISTRAR'S OFFICE, YOU WILL BE APPROVED TO USE THE SYSTEM***
From the home page do the following steps:
- From the home page click the link called Register.
- Provide your personal information on the page that is being displayed. All information marked in red and with an asterisk is required. Any information on the page not marked with red or an asterisk is optional. Please be honest and accurate when reporting your information.
- Click the Submit Information button.
- You will not be able to continue until the Career Services & Internship Programs Assistant has approved your information. When you have been approved to use the system you will receive a confirmation email containing your login information.
To Login
From the home page do the following steps:
- Enter your user name and password.
- Click Go
If you remember your user name, but have forgotten your password: click the Forgot Password link to have your password reset and emailed to you.
