The Importance of Being Earnest
July 23, 2013 - July 28, 2013
Okoboji Summer Theatre
Spirit Lake, Iowa
Oscar Wilde’s classic weaves a flurry of mistaken identities, witty banter, and tale of love and manners. Dashing men-about-town Jack and Algernon pursue the fair ladies Gwendolyn and Cecily, who happen to be head-overheels for Earnest. Too bad for them that Earnest doesn’t really exist! Matters are further complicated by the arrival of the formidable Lady Bracknell. This gem is a great night out for all ages. (Classic Comedy, All Ages)
