TRUE CONFESSIONS OF A HIGH-HEELED LEADER PRESENTS A CONVERSATION WITH
SHATENITA HORTON
WHAT: Hors d’oeuvres and wine followed by a conversation with a “high-heeled leader.” This event is free and open to the public.
Held once a year and featuring various women leaders, True Confessions is sponsored by the Stephens Graduate Business Programs, CEO Magazine, Inside Columbia and Commerce Bank.
WHO: Shatenita Horton, Assistant Vice President, Managing Officer of Boone County National Bank, will answer questions about her nearly 15-year career in banking and her community involvement. The conversation will be moderated by Stephens College President Dianne Lynch.
Beyond her work at Boone National Bank, Horton serves on the Voluntary Action Center Board of Directors and the Stephens College Alumnae Association Board. She also is involved with the following community organizations: Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors, the Total Resource Campaign, Women’s Network Steering Committee, Missouri Bankers Association Young Bankers Division Board of Directors and Metro Rotary.
Horton earned an M.B.A. with emphases in Financial Services and Risk Management from Stephens College. She also has a B.S. in Business Administration with dual majors in Finance and Management from Columbia College.
She is married to husband Erskine and has two children and one stepchild.
