Commencement at Stephens College is more than a ceremony—it’s a tradition that honors hard work, dedication, and the bright future ahead.

We celebrate the achievements of our graduates two times a year with December and May commencement ceremonies.

December 2026 Commencement Ceremony

Commencement Ceremony

Our December Graduation Commencement Ceremony will be held Friday, December 18 at 6:00 p.m. in the Kimball Ballroom inside Lela Raney Wood Hall on the Stephens College campus.

This ceremony will include recipients of Undergraduate & Graduate Degrees.

Graduate Commencement Ceremony

Our May 2027 Graduate Commencement Ceremony will be held Friday, May 7 at 5:00 p.m. in the Kimball Ballroom inside Lela Raney Wood Hall on the Stephens College campus.

This ceremony will include recipients of Graduate Degrees.

Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony

Our May 2027 Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony will be held Saturday, May 8 at 11:00 a.m., at the Missouri Theatre (203 South 9th Street, Columbia, MO 65211, USA).

Graduating Students: There will be a mandatory undergraduate commencement rehearsal held on Friday, May 7 at 11:00 a.m. at the Missouri Theatre.
