Banners Wanted for “Parade
of Stars”
Don't
be left out! All are welcome and invited to join in the
celebration of the Inauguration of Stephens College President
Dr. Dianne Lynch by participating in the "Parade of
Stars!" at 9 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 30! The group with
the winning banner will receive $100! Registration deadline:

Fashion Critic
On Friday, Sept. 18 and Saturday, Sept.
19, Kelly Emich '06 will be on campus to critique the design
sketches of the FAS 340 Active Sportswear class. Kelly,
who designs running and triathalon apparel for Pearl
Izumi, will be looking at student designs for ladies
cycling and swimwear. Pearl Izumi is the foremost supplier
of cycling apparel in the U.S.
The campus community is welcome to listen in at the critiques,
which will take place in the Davis Art Gallery beginning
at 9:30 a.m. Kelly will also be speaking to freshman fashion
students over the lunch hour on Friday, Sept. 18 in Charters
Lecture Hall. Again, all interested parties are welcome.
Leadership points will not be offered for either
event.

Causal Sports Friday on Sept. 4. It was an all-round great

Swim Team. Get in shape and have fun doing it while supporting
