SAC Notes
The Staff Advisory Council (SAC) welcomes
everyone to the 2009-2010 year at Stephens. A special welcome
to our new employees! SAC works on behalf of Stephens' staff
to promote professional and personal growth while enhancing
the goals of the College.
We are hosting a terrific seminar about "Change"
on Sept. 15 and/or 16. More to come on that, but I'll tell
you now that there will be door prizes (Change – coins
– get it?). All staff are encouraged to attend. Additionally,
SAC will host a staff coffee, with President Dianne Lynch
as our speaker, and we are working on a Dec. 4 event to
celebrate our 176th year.
Be sure to visit the SAC
Web site, where you can find a list of members, download
minutes from previous meetings and offer comments/suggestions
with a feedback form. Feel free to contact me or other SAC
members with comments and concerns, or if you'd like to
attend an upcoming council meeting.
