Searcy Clean-Up
This morning, Stephens staff members pitched in to clean Searcy Hall, which will house students with pets next fall. The energetic volunteers made quick work of tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and cleaning windows. Interested students can check out Searcy and make their room selections this afternoon and tomorrow.

Rising seniors: Monday afternoon (1-5 p.m.)
Rising juniors: Tuesday morning (8 a.m.-noon)
Rising sophomores: Tuesday afternoon (1-5 p.m.)

May 2010 Commencement
Stephens will confer 184 bachelor’s and 57 master’s degrees upon its graduates during two Commencement ceremonies on Saturday, May 15. A total of 204 graduates are expected to participate.
- Graduate & Continuing Studies ceremony
10 a.m., John and Mary Silverthorne Arena
Rose T. Dunn, past president of the American Health Information Management Association, will deliver the keynote address. Kirsten Burnfin '99 of Gladstone, Mo., will be the class speaker. Burnfin, who will graduate with a Master of Education in Curriculum & Instruction, is a third-grade teacher at Gordon Parks Elementary in Kansas City, Mo.

first-served.
- Traditional Undergraduate ceremony
2 p.m., John and Mary Silverthorne Arena
Stephens President Dianne Lynch will deliver the keynote address. Alexandra Abrams of Little Rock, Ark., who will graduate cum laude with a B.S. in Mass Media, will be the class speaker. She plans to pursue a career in media advertisement.
Admission by ticket only. A live video stream of the ceremony also will be broadcast in
Windsor Auditorium and will be streamed online at www.stephens.edu/news/commencement.

Commencement rehearsal will be at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, May 14, in Silverthorne Arena. Line up for the 2 p.m. Traditional commencement ceremony is at 1:15 p.m. on Saturday, May 15 in front of Stamper Commons.
