Graduate Assistant
Student Services Department

Classification: Administrative                     Hours per week: 20                        Months: 10 (August – May)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Assist Student Services with events; Orientation, Family Weekend, Wellness Week, Registration and more
  2. Responsible for equipment check-in and check out
  3. Help maintain database for Leadership and Programming office
  4. Manage Student Union in terms of tracking games, equipment and furniture
  5. Communicate with departments about the needs of the Student Union space and developing programming to take place in the Student Union
  6. Assist the Athletic Director at Sporting events
  7. Flexibility of schedule as this position involves day, evening and weekend hours
  8. Assist with possible special events that falls outside for the 10 month schedule
  9. Other duties as assigned
