Director of Residence Life
Stephens College is seeking a Director of Residence Life to direct, develop and coordinate all aspects of the Residence Life program.
Responsibilities:
- Creativity in developing new residence hall programs
- Background and experience to supervise a graduate and undergraduate staff of 25
- Assign and maintain housing database and meal plan database
- Prepare and maintain budgets
- Ability to satisfy on-call assignments extending to weekends and holidays
- Maintain Secura key System
- Participate in and teach in the Stephens Success series
- Committed interest in working with the pet program and serving as a liaison to other pet associations outside of the college
- Interest and ability advise a student organization
- Monitor the student virtual presence in the social media world
- Flexibility and desire to work in a team oriented environment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Master's degree; Master's in progress considered
- Minimum 3 years experience preferred
- Commitment to women's education
- Demonstrated interest in development of the total student
- Excellent customer service skills
