Admission Counselor

Stephens College is seeking an Admission Counselor. Duties include but are not limited to: extensive recruitment travel (six to eight weeks per year) and management of a geographic territory, interviewing and presenting College information to a variety of audiences in various formats, personal contact with prospective students and families, reviewing applications and independent coordination of admission programs.

Bachelor's degree is required and one year of admission experience is preferred. Valid driver's license required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, personal initiative, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel frequently.
