Employee Referral Form

Current Stephens employees: To refer someone for an open position at Stephens College, please complete this form and give to the applicant. If the person you refer is hired and completes a six-month employment period, in good standing, then you will receive a $100 credit on your staff charge account, provided that you are also still employed with the College at that time. Any late referrals will not be eligible for the $100 credit.

Applicants: Please turn in this form to Human Resources prior to or at the time of application.
