International students may present transcripts that are not regionally accredited. These students are required to complete the TOEFL examination with a minimum score of 213 on the computer-based test for admission or 79-80 on the new internet based test. In addition to these requirements, applicants may be required to complete an interview with the program faculty. Application materials should be sent to Stephens College, Graduate & Continuing Studies, 1200 E. Broadway, Box 2083, Columbia, MO 65215.
Graduate students may transfer a maximum of nine semester hours of graduate credit to their Stephens College master's degree program. These graduate credits can be earned prior to admission to Stephens College or upon approval of the graduate program director after admission to Stephens College. The total amount of graduate transfer credit cannot exceed nine semester hours without permission from the Vice President for Academic Affairs. In addition, all foundation courses required in the MBA Program can be transferred to Stephens College with approval of the MBA Program Director. All students must participate in an online orientation session to fully matriculate into a Graduate & Continuing Studies program. Students may have extenuating circumstances that prevent them from beginning the semester for which they applied. A student may defer an offer of admission for one calendar year, after which they will need to reapply for admission. |
