Reinstatement Application
(For any applicant who began a program at Stephens and now wishes to return to complete the same level of education.)

Non-Degree Application/Registration Form
(For any student who wishes to take courses with no intention of seeking a degree.)

Applications are reviewed once all supporting documentation has been received. Applicants will be sent information on tracking the status of their materials online. Completed applicant files are reviewed in the order received, beginning with applications received by the priority deadlines posted within each application form.
