Summer 2008 Student Services Information
Listed below is information that may be important to you once you enroll in classes. If you have questions or need additional information, please contact your advisor or our office at enroll@stephens.edu or 800-388-7579 or 573-876-7290.
Enrollment Confirmation
After submitting your enrollment form you will receive two e-mails from our office.
- An automatic confirmation acknowledging receipt of your enrollment request will be sent within 24 hours. If you do not receive the confirmation, then your enrollment request may not have been received.
- A second e-mail confirming your course enrollment will be sent to you within three (3) business days.
- Billing statements for summer courses will be mailed on June 5, 2008. Payment is due by June 30, 2008. If you drop a course by the deadlines posted on the Academic Calendar, you will receive a credit on your next billing statement.
- If there has been no payment activity by June 30, we reserve the right to lock your Blackboard account and/or deny your attendance in a residential course until payment is made.
If you would like to arrange a payment plan, please submit a Payment Plan Agreement to the Accounting Office. If you have questions please contact Sheryl Brady at 573-876-7105 or sb_bill@stephens.edu
- If you expect to receive financial aid for summer courses, please submit your FAFSA as early as possible. You may access the form at www.fafsa.ed.gov (Stephens' school code is 002512.)
- For assistance with financial aid, please contact Greg Hutchinson at 573-876-7106 or ghutchinson@stephens.edu.
- Financial aid awards will be calculated AFTER you enroll in classes.
- Financial aid awards will be disbursed AFTER the drop deadline.
- We will issue a refund check for any credit balance after your tuition is paid. If you prefer to receive a credit to your account, please contact Sheryl Brady at sb_bill@stephens.edu or 573-876-7105.
