"When I originally looked into Stephens College, I knew I wanted to go into fashion, but I also knew I wanted to continue playing volleyball. I am so grateful for the chance I've had to play a collegiate sport. I have been a member of the volleyball team for three years, and I very much look forward to my last year on the team, though it breaks my heart considering how fast it all has flown by.
As a member of the team I've been able to work on my skills as an athlete, but I've also grown as a person, a student and a leader. I have learned how to manage my time and how to define my true priorities. Volleyball at Stephens has been a blessing to me, and I know I'll miss the many enjoyable hours I get to spend with my teammates - although I prefer to call them my friends!"
