Cheyenne Jones of Walnut Grove, Mo signed Letter of Intent to play softball and continue her education at Stephens College, head coach Tim Price announced today.
"We are thrilled Cheyenne is joining our program for the next four years. As a catcher she will add depth to our program and with her speed she will be an asset to us in the field defensively. Offensively, she has a good strong swing and displays a desire to improve attitude that I admire," said coach Price.
Jones was a four-year letter winner for Marion C Early the past four years, starting as catcher from sophomore to senior year. She loves to win and does her best every time she steps on the field whether it is practice or a game, says coach Hampton.
Cheyenne plans for her future goal to become a large animal vet and specialize in horses.
