STEPHENS STARS SIGN JENNIFER TERRY AS NAIA CROSS COUNTRY RECRUIT FOR 2007-2008
COLUMBIA, Mo. – Stephens College announces the signing of Jennifer Terry, a senior at Hickman High School in Columbia, for the 2007-2008 cross country season. Terry will sign her letter of intent at 3 p.m. on Thursday, April 19, 2007, at Hickman. Stephens also offers NAIA sports teams in basketball, softball, swimming, tennis and volleyball.
Terry, who also played lacrosse and volleyball in high school, won second place in the junior varsity race at the Rolla Invitational. Her career best times are 22:21 in the 5K and 14:02 in the 2 Mile.
“Jennifer is a relative newcomer to cross country, but she had a strong senior year,” says Dane Pavlovich, Stephens College head cross country coach. “She has the ability and drive to improve immensely over the next four years at Stephens.”
