STEPHENS STARS SIGN HEATHER HORN AS NAIA CROSS COUNTRY RECRUIT FOR 2007-2008
COLUMBIA, Mo. – Stephens College announces the signing of Heather Horn, a transfer student from William Jewell College in Liberty, Mo., for the 2007-2008 cross country season. Horn signed her letter of intent on Friday, May 25, 2007, on the Stephens campus. She is a graduate of Jefferson City High School. Stephens also offers NAIA sports teams in basketball, softball, swimming, tennis and volleyball.

- Pentathalon: 2,546 points
- High Jump: 5’0”
- 800 Meter: 2:40

“Heather is a tremendous athlete who has competed very well in a variety of events in track and field,” says Dane Pavlovich, Stephens College head cross country coach. “She has the ability to transfer those abilities into becoming a very good cross country student-athlete at Stephens.”
