About the Coach: Evelina Slatinska
Evelina Slatinska most recently served as the head men’s and women’s cross country coach at Central Methodist University in Fayette, Mo. For her coaching skills, she was twice named the Heart of America Athletic Conference Men’s Cross Country Coach of the Year (2008 and 2009). Between 2007-2010, Slatinska coached 10 NAIA Championship qualifiers, five All-American athletes, 11 All-Academic athletes and numerous runners who earned All-HAAC Conference honors.
Before coaching, she had a highly decorated cross country and track career at Central Methodist that included five individual NAIA national titles. She has an M.Ed. and B.S. from Central Methodist and Bachelor of Marketing and Management from West University in Bulgaria.
