The Responsibilities of a Mentor:

Sincere interest in developing a relationship with mentee
Act as a positive role model, advisor and professional resource for mentee
Help mentee set goals and develop action plans
Commit to a relationship by allocating appropriate time and focus
Follow through on commitments or renegotiate appropriately
Participate in electronic surveys and provide feedback to Full Circle Directors when requested
