Full payment may be made by check or money order made payable to Stephens
College or by credit card. Credit card registrations also may be taken by phone at
(573) 876-7110.

After April 13, participants must register in person, on site. Your registration is not complete
until the College receives all fees.

Late Fees: A $25 fee (per person) will be assessed for reservations made after April 13, 2012.

Cancellations: If you must cancel your registration, Stephens will refund full registration
fees prior to April 13, 2012. After April 13, Stephens will deduct a $25 administrative fee. No
refunds will be made after April 16, 2012.

Air Travel: Most major airlines fly into St. Louis and Kansas City International airports.
Additionally, Delta flies into Columbia Regional Airport. Rental cars are available at all
three airports.

Transportation: MO-X: The Airport Connection provides daily routes from the St. Louis
