Undergraduate Programs
At Stephens, your options for academic study are limitless with more than 40 majors and minors from which to choose. Stephens encourages you to explore a broad range of disciplines and cultural and ethical issues. Your liberal arts education classes will arm you with the skills essential for every profession and graduate school program -- the ability to think critically, to express yourself clearly, and to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Stephens students pursue independent studies and off-campus internships in their respective fields to define career goals and increase their competitive advantage. They also gain practical experience through internships at hospitals and laboratories, accounting firms, the White House, international fashion design studios, the Smithsonian Institute, on network television, in elementary and secondary schools, and with many other organizations.
