Stephens College IACBE Annual Report Overview

The Business & Marketing Department of Stephens College has derived a great deal of benefit from its affiliation with the IACBE. The IACBE has given us professional guidance and geniune encouragement in the development, implementation and evaluation of an Outcomes Assessment plan that profits our institution, department, students, and the business community at large. We are realizing the benefits of well-defined outcomes, strategic planning, and identification and utilization of measures to assess our effectiveness in preparing career-ready women of distinction!!
